any one had to do this and how did it go , i got the 5G VTE router sim as my current partial fiber internet is poor and prone to crashes etc, , was told our area wasn't getting upgraded to full fiber for another 18 months or so so thought id try this, i was expecting decent things or a good bit better than i have but this has been seriously poor ,

I'm getting higher speeds but very erratic sometimes 210 Mbps sometimes as low as 21 but averaging id say 70-120 compared to the 19-21 i get from plus net . But the lag / latency is that bad I've had to resort to connecting to my existing internet in its place.

the speed drops are constant, the loaded latency is over 5-600, the unloaded anywhere from 50 to 150 and the only thing connected at time of testing is my works laptop,

i also have the added issue of using a VPN and its 50/50 if i get connected or not, done all the change name./ ipv4 /6 suggestions on here and its made no difference , my works IT have checked on their end and no changes to vpn and theres no issue using plusnet for work so must be on 3's side

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience of joining Three for Broadband. How long have you been experiencing these issues for now? Did you speak to our customer service and/or technical teams, if so what have they advised?

Thanks,
Jonathan
