Hi @Fclee,

There's a similar topic which may be relevant here: <LI-MESSAGE title="Target Virt Camera - Cant Stream" uid="45504" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Target-Virt-Camera-Cant-Stream/m-p/45504#U45504" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE>

This links onto some suggestions about changing your APN settings to IPv4 only. If this doesn't seem to help, or seems too technical, you can also ask the team to check out your APN settings on their side.

Thanks,
Jonathan

I had a strange problem where 2 devices would not connect to the router. I eventually noticed that they could connect to the guest network (if enabled) so I used that.
