    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the problem persist if you reboot the Hub?&amp;nbsp; Where is hub mounted? Have you tried other locations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionaly the hub will connect to a "bad" IP address with terrible speed and latency issues,&amp;nbsp; rebooting the hub has always resolved the problem by connecting to a different IP address,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This has only occurred 2-3 times in the last four months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some other users are suffering from the hub dropping internet connection and not&amp;nbsp; automatically reconnecting but I have experienced this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my 5G Outdoor Hub yesterday and duly installed it. Download speeds 3-400MBs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, Ookla speedtest shows less than 3MBs on my moto G30 phone, 60 on a moto G4 phone and 170 on a Samsung TAB S7 tablet, all to the same server - what is going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
