      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been with 3 for a month… ok for first two weeks… now it’s diabolical. Is this normal? Customer service is abysmal and the help chat decided after I questioned how crap the WiFi is, that’s it’s now not available until tomorrow. Recorded the chat as also how rubbish the tv is (currently watching football… come on England ! And missed every single goal!) it’s that bad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
