    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've started experiencing very patchy broadband over the past 3-4 weeks in Seal, Sevenoaks in Kent. It used to be pretty stable but after checking the network checker, it appears there is a fault on the masts and Three are looking into it but this has been going on for a quite a while now. Could anyone shed any light on the cause and when it's expected to be fixed? My broadband speeds have plummeted to 2MBs d/l and 0.09MBs u/l! Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That sounds really disruptive, I'm sorry to hear the connection has been become really unstable the last few weeks. As it's been an issue for so long I'll check if I can find out more for you. I'll need a precise postcode, but we prefer not to have customer info like that on public posts to keep everyone safe.&lt;/P&gt;
