I’ve been using the 5G mobile broadband ( ZTE MC888) for a few months mostly without any issues.

One problem I have though is connecting my work laptop. When I start it up or restart some applications don’t fully load or load at all (teams, internal intranet site). Emails are fine.

To get it to work I need to go into the router settings > APN settings > click manual and set as default > wait a minute > change back to Auto and set as default. After I do this everything works correctly without issue. This is needed every time I shut down or restart without exception.

My question is does anyone know a permanent solution to fix this that means I don’t need to go into the APN settings every time I log on?

Hello.

That's quite strange. There have been some users on the forum who mentioned having issues with work VPNs, but I haven't seen this specific temporary solution before. I've seen some users have success by turning IPV6 off, sticking to IPV4 only. It might be worth giving that a go?

Pete.
