    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's strange, I'm not sure why the password would suddenly be different. Network faults or maintenance would not impact the password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be worth factory resetting the Hub so that the password is defaulted to what's on the label, then removing the network from the phone and adding it back again with the matching password.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't connect to Broadband, won't accept correct password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband isn't working this morning. When I try to connect my phone it says that the password is incorrect and to try again, however it's the exact same password we've been using for months. The Three broadband website says that they're fixing an issue in my area however it's said that before for a long time. I've tried unplugging and replugging my broadband in, I've taken out the SIM card and put it back in. I'm not sure what else to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We didn't hear back from you on this. Were you able to resolve the password error via factory resetting the hub, or was the area issue resolved?&lt;/P&gt;
