AFAIK port forwarding is not supported by Three and there is no option, on home broadband, to get a static IP address

As I mentioned on your other thread using a VPN provides a simple and secure alternative that eliminates the need for port forwarding and static IP addresses. https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Remotely-connecting-to-Three-home-network-with-VPN/td-p/50845

For more details of port forwarding issues see https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Three-Home-Broadband-blocks-incoming-connections/m-p/48311

I think some users did manage to get it work using double NAT but the complexities went over my head

There is a difference between being able to get something to work and it being supported by Three

I haven’t been able to port forward at all on the 5g outdoor hub and eero. Every port is closed off no matter what.

I contacted the customer support only for them to tell me that Three doesn’t support port forwarding on 3internet, and saying that they can’t help even when I show them community replies from three customer team saying that they do support.
So is port forwarding supported or not? If it is why can’t I port forward a single port on the eero app?
