    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; I have tried doing a factory reset and retired the "admin" login details but they didn't work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "retiring" the admin login details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try the factory reset again, resetting the user password and trying the admin login again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had occasions when the admin password has not been accepted for no good reason but accepted an hour later!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can login to Y5-210MU using the login details for the "user" account but I can't access the admin page using the login "admin" and password printed on Y5-210MU as it doesn't accept the password. Could some one help me how to access the "admin" page? I have tried doing a factory reset&amp;nbsp; and retired the "admin" login details but they didn't work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
