I have a mini Huawei 4G Wi-Fi device. It suddenly stopped working although the device now seems t be working,I cannot login to it. I’ve tried the password shown inside the device but to no avail. I have checked the password is correct but this does not correspond to my SSID. Strange

Hi @Pipla,

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your MiFi device. I'd recommend to check if you can do a "pinhole" reset. Most devices like this will have a factory reset button you can press using SIM tool, or a paperclip. Generally you'll press this for a few seconds then the device should reset to all defaults, including the SSID name, and password on the label or manual.

Thanks,
Jonathan
