    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you bought your device directly from Three&lt;BR /&gt;can you go into Settings &amp;gt; About Phone &amp;gt; Software Information&lt;BR /&gt;and show me what firmware/"Service Provider Software Version" you are running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to get WiFi calling working and one of the support team here suggested it might be because of the firmware and since I didn't buy the phone from three it would be why, mine is&lt;BR /&gt;"SAOMC_SM- "S908B_OXM_EUX_13_0085EUX" /-/EUX/EUX"&lt;BR /&gt;"EUX" meaning European Union&lt;BR /&gt;But you might have "EVR", "BTE" or "BTB"&lt;BR /&gt;is your wifi calling working and is it one of these three or diffrent?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
