&lt;P&gt;We've seen you posting in a few places about this, and it sounds like you may not have found the private message feature, as you've said you haven't been contacted by us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you click on your avatar image in the top right of any community page, then "Messages" you should find the message with advice on how to get this escalated.&lt;/P&gt;
