      <title>How to enable VoLTE on Ulefone Mix</title>

      <description>I have a 4G Ulefone Mix which I bought sim free. It runs Android 7. I recently received a text from Three informing me that they are replacing their 3G network and that my phone might not be compatible. I understand that once 3G is switched off calls and texts will no longer be possible on Three unless my phone supports VoLTE? &amp;nbsp; The Mix supports the 800 LTE band. I know that VoLTE did work in 2019 as there is a VoLTE icon in screenshots, but the icon isn't there now. Also when it receives a call it drops from 4G to 3G. In Settings&amp;gt;Mobile networks Enhanced 4G LTE Mode is enabled. When I try dialling *#*#4636#*#*, in Phone information VoLTE provisioned is enabled, and changing Set preferred network type to LTE only makes no difference. How can I re-enable VoLTE on my Ulefone Mix? Is there any indication of when 3G will be switched off in Durham? Thanks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may need to wait for a moderator to pick this up but I would not surprised if 3 does not support your phone. Your on Android 7 and, I think, we are now at 13 so this may be a reason VoLTE is not available. Also may not work if you don't have the latest 3 software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don't recognise the Ulefone, and I couldn't track it down on any of our internal support systems, so it doesn't seem like it's a manufacturer we work with. This doesn't absolutely mean the feature won't work, but it does limit how much support we can provide. If you haven't already, I'd check with Ulefone if they have a support line or email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you check in the Network Settings, there's no option for VOLTE or 4G calling there at all? It may also be worth resetting your network settings, or trying a factory reset as I've seen a couple of situations where doing this caused missing options to reappear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have a specific timescale for particular regions but the switch off will be carried out throughout this year and next. Customer services on 333 should have a record of the text sent to you, and may be able to discuss further options if you can't get VOLTE working on your current phone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said, &lt;SPAN&gt;Enhanced 4G LTE Mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Use LTE services to improve voice and other communications (recommended) in Settings&amp;gt;Mobile networks is enabled. Resetting network settings made no difference. I haven't tried a factory reset yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
