On my 5g router the lan ports keep disconnecting , so lose internet , hub is still connected

That's no good. How often is it disconnecting? Can you confirm if it's a specific device that's disconnecting from the LAN Port? Or is it a Switch of some kind with multiple connected devices dropping out as well?

it just randomly disconnects from my mesh network, and power lines when tried

Do you have any devices connected to the Hub wirelessly? If not, could you try connecting some items to it's wireless connection in order to determine if the drops are also affecting wireless devices?
