Hi do I need I.d for a phone delivery as I've never at to with Vodafone, and I have no photo I.d as I've never needed one ...as I'm interested to joining three from Vodafone

It often says on deliveries photo id required but I have never been asked to show any. It strikes me as silly because a lot of people don't have any.

No, but I have had stuff delivered by dpd and the tracking said photo ID but have never been asked.

Hi @Brooke1993,

I'm not seeing any information suggesting that you need photo ID to accept a delivery. Usually they just take a photo of the parcel being accepted at your front door in case of any disputes.
