I've just been given a Galaxy 4 smartwatch with 4g capabilities, will my airtime work when pairing the watch or will I need to get some sort of add on to my existing plan

Last week I had a Galaxy Watch 4 on lte with Three, I upgraded my watch to a Galaxy Watch 6 and LTE has not worked since.

when I gifted my watch to my daughter it reported an error saying no plans were available for the type of watch, I think the difference comes from having a Samsung phone and the Galaxy store version of Watch Manager I've heard they are different.

My view on this they are basically the same device both with the "Exynos W920 Dual-Core 1.18GHz" processor and both running "One UI Watch 4.5 based on Wear OS 3.5" the fact my watch ran on three is testament to this...
