&lt;P&gt;We can't view/disclose info about customer accounts over the community as it's a public forum. As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3324"&gt;@Geluk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says the best option is to call or chat with us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In general early upgrades are possible but result in an Early Upgrade Fee which is usually 97% of the remaining monthly charges due till the end of the contract term. You need to complete at least 90 days between upgrades, and if the fee is high you may be asked for immediate payment rather than adding this to the next bill. You can also upgrade with no fee any time in the last 38 days of the contract term.&lt;/P&gt;
