Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has managed to complete the Google form to claim their free pixel watch 2. I ordered online and I have my delivery note which can be used as evidence but never actually received an order confirmation which you also need to supply if using your delivery note. Anyone else not received order confirmation or continued on without it?

Hi @jonathanh30,

It looks like an image, or photo of a physical document, should be acceptable. Did you receive anything confirming a device finance agreement for the Pixel 8 perhaps?

If not customer services should be able to request we email you a proof of purchase doc confirming the IMEI, model of phone, purchase date, etc that should cover what you need. Let me know how if you need any more help getting a hold of a suitable document.
