      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure if you mean you’ve locked your SIM because you’ve entered the pin three times incorrectly in which case you’ll need to contact customer service from another phone on 0333 338 1070 or use wi fi to start a live chat to get you PUK (unlock code). If it’s anything else you’ll need to be more specific.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
