Hi my phone is broken, and I when ever I say I'm getting connected they hang up and when I do it online they dont have my phone as an option.

Three Rescue is a product we stopped selling from 05/03/2020, if you're still in a contract taken before then the policy may still be active, but it may be more likely that you have the newer Three Insurance?
