&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're having these issues with your router. We'll best be able to provide advice if we can understand the situation a little better. Are you unable to pick up 5G and defaulting to 4G, or are you getting no service at all?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on the phone to 3 and they said 5g is not available in my area but it definitely is it will go on to 5g for about 20 seconds then drop back to 4g I was trying to get them to replace my router but they wouldn’t&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
