      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Harkirat&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That doesn't sound great at all. We can see why you'd be frustrated here as you must be keen to get this set up!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you let us know what plan you're on with us at the moment i.e. Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go? Are you also set up on the My3 app and have been able to log into that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Danni&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just bought Samsung galaxy watch 6 and have an android phone I also have had this issue I've contacted three on chat approx 7 times, spoke to a person on phone and went into a three shop not one of these people have been helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I ask did you get this fixed and if so what did you do? I've been told apparently you need a Samsung phone is this true?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Here's a link to our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/sim-support/smartwatch-pairing-support" target="_self"&gt;Support page for Smartwatch Pairing&lt;/A&gt;. Unfortunately we do only support Samsung watches pairing to Samsung phones, although you may be able to pair over Bluetooth if your watch and phone support this.&lt;/P&gt;
