    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been 4 weeks since I took this contact out after recently purchasing a new S24 Ultra. I have wasted about 15 hours on the phone to support team and eventually a technician who could understand what I was taking about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But still no resolution, same error code. I have reset the watch 5/6 time as requested and have been told by Three that everything is fine their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a similar experience but with some form of resolution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
