&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you're having a difficult time with an insurance claim. Please bear in mind you're posting to our customer Community though, so we only have the info you share to go on. Most viewers are not Three staff, and are fellow customers like yourself. If you give a bit more info about the issue you've been facing we might be able to give better advice.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The opening times are from 8am-9pm Mon to Fri, and 9am-6pm Sat and Sun.&lt;/P&gt;
