    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not starting a new separate account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The one and only account is my sim-only contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The (new) handset would be an outright purchase, to use with my existing sim-only contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, why a mandatory £10 top-up? It serves no purpose, and 10 quid just vanishes into thin air.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are already a Three customer on a sim-only plan, why are you charged £10 for a "top-up" in store when buying a handset outright?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can't this be waived?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because you’re starting a new separate account with Three which requires credit to be added to allow you to use that account. It’s your choice whether or not to buy a new handset and has no bearing on things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
