Hi, my A34 5G has stopped fast charging, but will charge on my old charger, other A34 5G phones in the household still charge on the fast charger. Help please.

Check in the settings , battery - charging settings, is fast charging turned on (toggle shows blue not grey)

Yeah, it's set for fast charging. When putting the lead in it feels different to the other phones, doesn't feel like it goes in as far. I'm tried to make sure there's nothing in the way with an air line where I work

Oh, that's odd. Was there anything stuck in the charging port, at all?

I'd suggest popping into your local Three store, they'll be able to assess the device and book it in for a repair if required.
