      <title>Upgrade Stuck at Submitted</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to upgrade my phone on the 26th of June however I missed a call at 20 to 8 which I afterwards found out was a fraud check. Due to me not answering the upgrade was cancelled and I was referred to the fraud department.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried again on Friday and opted for collect in store however haven't heard anything further after the 'your order's gone through' - still just showing as submitted online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be good to get a bit of clarification on when my order will be ready?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
