Hi, I have 2 numbers on my account however I added an account user which is my sister to one of the numbers as she uses it. Is there anyway for her profile and number to be billed from her direct debit bank details instead of both payments being taken from me?

So mine gets paid by me and hers gets paid by her?

Hi @SB10,

Great question, but sorry we can only allow Direct Debits to be in the account holder's name. The account user feature is intended to give some limited access to a friend or relative, but the account is your financial responsibility if you're the account holder.
