Trade in identifies the wrong phone

adding my IMEI number to the trade in spot on the website identifies that its a pixel 8 pro but it thinks i have a 256gb model which i most definitely don't, i have a 512gb model which could be worth more money in a trade in.

whats the deal and how do i get this sorted if i want to trade in and save on my upgrade.

maybe i just leave and trade it in with someone else that identifies it properly.

That's really odd, was the Pixel 8 Pro supplied by Three or did you buy it elsewhere?

i bought it from google so its as legit as it can be.

when you go to trade it in at google they dont even ask for the IMEI or the amount of GB it has they just offer £346 for it
