Hi, I upgraded to iphone 16 plus and placed the order on 15th September , my order just says submitted on three under orders and have not received no further updates such as dpd delivery confirmation as yet. Was wondering when I can expect the order to be delivered. Thank you.

Hi, for what its worth, i ordered the pro max on the 19th and on my orders it still just says ‘submitted’. Really poor from three. What does that status even mean? Has the order gone through? Who knows?!

Hi , I just called spoke to an advisor who confirmed yes that the order has been successful and has given me a approx date for delivery as i paid for standard delivery. Hope that is helpful for you!

Got a text yesterday saying mines been delayed to another 3 weeks, when it should have been delivered today!!!!
