I recently just upgraded to iPhone 16 I received my device on 21st Sep I still haven’t received the trade in email?? It was an upgrade..

I’m having the exact same issues. When I speak to three they say speak to Ingram the trade in partner, when I speak to Ingram they say they’ve received no record of my trade in from Three and are asking for a recycle number, which I don’t have because Three haven’t given me it! They did say they have been experiencing some delays though. It’s getting quite concerning, though. I’m sure you’re in the same boat but I only went with Three due to their trade in offer and they can’t even seem to get it right!

I had to submit the trade in again- and in the promo code put my new phone imen in to get the 150 extra ..
