Depending on the date you processed the upgrade, the bill you received today may be for your last month's usage before the upgrade had been processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When did you upgrade your account?       <title>Double charged airtime bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my phone which was offered to me for free. I processed this fine with no issues, received the new phone fine. I was surprised to see my old bill amount be taken by direct debit today? I logged into my account to see 2 airtime agreements set up, 1 for my old phone and one for the new phone. Very confused?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
