Hello can anyone please tell me if I Upgrade my device and plan. Do i get a new sim card while i still have my old sim card or does it get upgraded on my current sim card.

Hey @Teescha,

Welcome to the Three Community.

If you upgrade your plan, your account will be updated and you'll be able to pop your existing SIM into your new device when it arrives, without needing a new SIM card.

Sometimes they send you a free PAYG SIM for you to give to friends/family so don’t get confused with that.
