Hi, i was advised an october 9th delivery for my phone but on my orders it still just says ‘submitted’. Anyone got any information on what that might mean?

Hey @PUN1SHED5NAKE,

The order will show as submitted until it's handed over to DPD for delivery. Once it's delivered, it'll then change to complete.

Thank you, i was advised delivery by the 9th October when i ordered. Do you think that wiuld still apply?

Should be 9th for delivery as I phoned yesterday for an update to make sure it was still on track for delivery on the 9th.

I was told delivery date of the 30th for mine 2 weeks ago hope that is still the case
