    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Galaxy s9 wont let me recieve or make any calls I can text and recieve text. I don't have an option for voLTE in my connection settings. When people call my phone it rings, my device is on, and I dont recieve the call on this device. It wont even let me call 333. Internet was working but has stopped this week only. All this happened about 3 weeks ago, I went to Croatia for a week in between and my phone worked I was able to recieve and make calls but in UK I can NOT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, sorry to hear this. We understand this'll be frustrating, and we're keen to look into it. Do you know if this is isolated to a particular number, and do you know whether it's happening at specific times of the day? Have you managed to look at any potential network issues on our coverage checker?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
