How long for the money to go into your account? For three trade in? The funds were sent today?

Once the trade-in payment has been issued, you'll receive the funds within 3-5 working days.

Hi, just wanted to enquire whether you ended up receiving payment? Mine was issued last Thursday and I am still waiting

I'm sorry to hear you've been waiting since the 9th October and haven't received the payment.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Service team, they'll be able to check out the payment and ensure it's processed correctly.

Hi Alveyy, just wanted to enquire whether you have received an outcome on this?

Ive been contacting customer support , as well as the Three Trade In team for the past 2 weeks and have still not received any support, nor payment.

i got told on the 10th October that payment was made;contacted Three twice this week and was told on Monday that payment was made, and got told today that the trade in is showing as incomplete on Threes system.

strongly advise anyone against using Three trade in as it does not seem like they have any clue what is going on
