How do I get the child lock stuff off my search so I don’t get blocked from websites like Anne summers n stuff?

All new Three plans have our internet content filter switched on by default, but you can change this after verifying your age. There are a few different ways to do that:

If you have a credit card, you can follow the online steps laid out on our adult content support page.
If you don't have a credit card, you can get in touch with our customer service team by calling 333 from your Three phone. They'll verify your age using the credit reference agency Experian.
Finally, you can also visit any of our Three stores with valid photo ID.
