trade-in promotion: iPhone 16 - missing funds?

Hi,

Has anyone had a similar issue of trading their phone in with the promotion offered by three with the iPhone 16?
I was told I would get £63 for the trade-in of my old phone, then an additional £150 as a promotional deal.

i have got the funds of £63 but nothing about the £150, no one in three store knows anything.
The deal was honoured past its date by the three team as my phone would not arrive until after - it was confirmed in store. I’ve still heard nothing back though, anyone relate?

the trade in was done in store.
