Recently transferred my old number from EE to three… when I call people it’s coming off the EE number but when I text it’s coming off the three number… if people try to ring the three number it’s just beeps so calls are fine. I also cannot access emails, online banking, WhatsApp or Snapchat unless I am at home connected to my WiFi.. they don’t work with mobile data or if I am connected to WiFi at work.. Iv checked all settings and they are as they should be… it’s a Samsung phone… can anybody help me out please?

to make sure we getting the right picture, you moved from EE to Three (some of us here will say/think big mistake, as a joke) and you kept your phone number (in other words you ported your number to Three)?
On the process you were provided with a Three sim with a Three's "temporary" phone number while your porting process/request was being processed by EE and Three. Did you get confirmation your porting process was completed?

Yes I receive the message to say it was ported. On 30th dec.

Sorry I read again your 1st post, and do you really get 2 different numbers? 1 when you call and another different one when text??
