Hi I traded my phone in to Ingram micro and still no payout yet just an email to say it would be processed on 30th Jan, seen lots of bad reviews I’m hoping I don’t get scammed as that seems to be what’s happening.

Sorry to hear that there's been a delay with your Trade In payment. Just to confirm, did you receive an email from the Trade In team to say your phone was received, and that the payment was due to be sent on the 30th Jan?

Yes I have the email to say that payment would be processed on the 30th Jan by BACS transfer, yet still no money although it’s been escalated and I have given all the relevant details requested. I’m afraid I’m going to have to raise this with the legal ombudsman team.

If you're still waiting on the payment for this, you'd be best to get in touch with the team who are dealing with this for an update on when the payment will arrive for you, as this isn't something we can do from the Community page.
