topic 5G Broadband - Outdoor hub firmware in Devices

Hi,

We recently got a three branded outdoor hub Y5-210MU. We dont use it outdoors though as its not necessary and so I would much rather have had an indoor hub, but nevermind. Anyway I would like to update the firmware, but there doesnt seem to be anywhere I can download the firmware from. I have logged onto the hub's web based interface, and it only offers a manual firmware upload, there is not an option to automatically download new firmware from the web. Does anyone know where I can get a firmware file for this device??

I have scoured threes website, but the only instructions I can find relate to updating the eero hub, not the outdoor hub. The manufacturers web site is just a commercial website and offers no support.

thanks

Chris

Hello, Chris.

The firmware for the hubs are updated automatically when a new update is available. No actions are needed to get the Hub updated.
