topic Dpd delivery fault in Devices

My phone hasn't arrived yet. DPD has confirmed that they delivered the phone, but I haven't received any confirmation regarding the acceptance of my parcel. I kept tracking the driver’s location, and he came around 12:09 PM and left the parcel, but I couldn’t find it. Why did DPD state that the parcel was left outside my apartment door when the door was open? It could have been held inside the apartment.

Many talented individuals currently reside there without any photo ID. How can you hand over the phone to anyone? Even if I request it, I can't be there to collect it. Please leave it near any designated pickup point. After reading reviews from others who have experienced the same issue, it seems like this problem has been occurring intentionally, resulting in damaged undelivered products.

This is a strange one. Whenever DPD deliver to me they always leave a photo showing where it was left. You’d have to specify what action they must take if no reply can be gleaned;eg leave in a safe place or with a neighbour or request a re delivery. My advice would be to either check with your neighbours or failing that contact DPD. Better that than posting on here as this is a public discussion forum not customer service.

Hi @WaqasIqbal,

I'm sorry to hear about this situation, if you get in touch, we can raise an investigation with DPD.

As @Paddiewack says when you receive your DPD tracking info message, you should be able to provide further instructions and/or designate options like leaving in a safe place, pick up point, or with a neighbour, but this isn't something we would arrange from our side at Three.

Our Logistics team will be able to check into what happened with DPD on your behalf once you speak to customer services though, and determine if the device was or wasn't delivered safely, then decide the next steps.

Thanks,
Jonathan
