      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your &amp;nbsp;signal is good then check the Three status page for any issues that may affect your call. When you say “can’t be heard” are you sure your handset isn’t set to mute? This seems likely or failing that it’s developed a fault. Do you have another phone you could put your SIM card in to see if you can be heard in which case it would point be an issue with your current phone. Please try these suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
