Two phone numbers?

Hi, I got a new phone and sim card. I started the process to keep my original phone number, but I think I made a mistake. Now i seem to have two phone numbers -- my original one normally recieves texts while the one that came with my new sim is connected to calls. That is what it seems. I'm not really sure to be honest and don't really know how to check. Does anyone know how to get rid of one of these numbers? Thanks.

Hi @smacp-10,

That's really odd. How did you swap phone numbers, was this a port in where you've tried to bring an old number from a different network, or did already have a line with Three and take a new one instead of upgrading?

Thanks,
Jonathan
