3 Router to HP printer connection problem

Having problems connecting my 3 broadband router to my HP Desk Jet 2540 printer. I’ve tried resetting my printer and reset the router via the wap button but just can’t get them to talk to one another. Never had this problem with my previous provider. Every other device connects without any problems????

Hi @DrummerA1,

That's really odd, especially as it's just the one device having an issue connecting. My colleague Pete has given a suggestion for a similar issue with a printer connection which may help:

Does the printer have a LAN ethernet port? Perhaps it would help to check if it works on a wired connection, as this may narrow down the problem.

Just fixed this on my parents HP 2540 printer. Turned off PMF on the Three Router and it started working!
