Phone recieved by Ingram on the 29th. Confirmed as received by them after I emailed to check they had recieved it OK. Was told 5 working days, already over that and having chased them again no reply... 🤔

Starting to think I should have sold my old phone myself at this rate, wouldn't recommend as an option to other users.

Gosh, that's disappointing to hear. It sounds like there might be some kind of delay in the processing perhaps? I hope the team over there manage to work it out and get things moving for you soon!

They don't even reply to emails. FO complaint incoming. Worst experience ever.
