I am also seeing the warning notice box but only in the aplog/APLog_timestamp/early_system.log in the first few messages after the system boots up it does not appear to be repeated during normal running, the messages don't appear in the /early_system.log or /early_system.log.old files

It is worrying that 3/Greenpacket appear to have shipped code with advanced debug tracing turned on,

Hi there.

Oh, that's quite strange. There seems to be a lot of logging going on there. Would you be able to capture a few logs for me over the space of a day, and send them over? Feel free to send it to me in a DM. I'm curious to see if there'll be anything different showing up at different times.

Pete.

Hi John,

Pete isn't on shift just now, but I've passed on the extract in the original post to our devices team. I'll also check in with Pete when he's back.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi,

This ongoing situation is just an absolute joke, there is ZERO sense of urgency from three. Their incompetence surrounding this whole saga is unbelievable!

I'm looking to take this matter as far as I can publicly.

Would you be interested in sharing any further information you have with me about your experience with this whole farce?

Hi,

I have given up after months of trying to get a stable service, the hardware provided by Three is clearly not fit for purpose, I am not an expert but Safari web browser telling me the connection is not secure when accessing this device is a concern, along with the previously noted issue with the log files. I have purchased another 5G router to replace the Y5 provided by Three.

good luck with you efforts

Which one did you buy instead because as it stands this is looking like my only option too. I just had yet another call back from 3 customer support. They told me they cancelled the investigation that I'd put in on the 10th Aug because I didn't answer the phone on Saturday to them because I was out all day.

I got a text message about the missed call and instruction to ring them back which I did the next day (yesterday) but they were just as unhelpful as always.

Now speaking to them just as they cancelled the investigation that was supposed to take 7 days anyway I need to create a new investigation.

How are three allowed to operate such a sub par service is beyond me. I've never experienced so much incompetence in anything all my life.

At the moderators of this forum, you guys are just as bad too. You ask for this and that and then just go cold or quiet.

What's the point f . f . s !
