We're super excited about the announcement of the new iPhone range and can't wait to tell you all about our pricing. If you get in touch on Friday 12 September from 1pm UK time for iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch SE 3, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and AirPods Pro 3, we can talk about pricing and help you pre-order your new device.

In the meantime, if you want to stay in the loop, you can register your interest for iPhone updates here. We'll stay in touch and make sure you're the first to know when new the Apple devices come to Three and which variants and colours, we have available to pre-order right away.

I have tried to pre-order but it shows that shops don’t have the item to pre-order at all…

Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

I'm not sure why that would be, the website is working fine and I've been able to go through the order process just now with multiple versions of the device within issue.

Can you try clearing your browser data, or even using another device or browser to see if that works?

So far, nothing. In the shops in Nottingham it carries on saying “out of stock”…
