Hi there

I have been a THREE customer for nearly 2 years now on PayAsYouGo AutoRenew Data Packs. I currently use a physical SIM in an iPhone 12.

I have just acquired an upgraded iPhone 15 which is eSIM only. Is my (non) contract compatible with eSIM ??

If so, would it be better to change to eSIM on current iPhone 12 … and then change that to the new iPhone 15, or is it okay to get my iPhone 15 up and running (using WiFi) and then requesting to change my physical SIM to eSIM (on a different handset) ??

Is there a ‘Dummies Guide to …. ‘ which would walk me thru either/both processes please ?? Thanks

Feeling a tad nervous about it all tbh

Cheers

Thank you for your reply. Confess I didn’t have the courage to do this alone … so popped into a THREE store. Manager very helpful and asked me to return with old phone (physical SIM) , new phone (eSIM) already initialised and copied from old phone (but not ‘mobile services’) … and passport or driving licence to prove I owned the old phone !! Did this today, they checked my ID against my phone number and basically did it on the spot for me !! Took all of a couple of minutes. My old phone lost its 4g as the new phone gained its signal !! Job done … phew
