&lt;P&gt;As the others have said, there's no way I'm aware of from simply receiving a call for someone to breach your device or SIM. Most commonly the reason they're calling is because they're trying to gain more info in order to scam you, for example tricking customers into disclosing security codes, emails, passwords etc. My understanding is that most scam calls are targeted randomly, but you should be careful not to disclose information to unsolicited callers, and use safe practices with your info online.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend to have a read at our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/privacy-safety/fraud-to-watch-out-for" target="_self"&gt;Fraud to watch out for page&lt;/A&gt;, this will give you advice about some common fraud patterns and how to report them.&lt;/P&gt;
